CHARTER BASICS
Our goal is simple: to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone on board. The following guidelines help the crew operate the yacht smoothly and keep all guests safe.
Captain & Crew Authority The Captain is responsible for the safety of all guests, crew, and the vessel. For this reason: The Captain’s decisions on safety, weather, routing, and timing are final Guests are expected to follow all instructions given by the Captain and crew.These measures are in place solely to protect everyone on board. Movement & Safety On Board Yachts are a moving environment and require extra care. Please: Walk carefully at all times, preferably wearing good grip shoes while on outer decks; Avoid running or climbing on railings; Stay clear of restricted or crew-only areas. For your safety, certain areas may be temporarily closed during manoeuvres or rough conditions.🍷 Alcohol & Responsible Enjoyment Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks on board. To ensure safety: Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. The Captain may limit alcohol consumption if a guest appears unwell or unsafe. Intoxicated guests may be restricted from swimming or water activities. Our priority is that everyone returns safely and comfortably. 🏊 Swimming & Water Activities Swimming and water activities are permitted only when: The yacht is safely anchored. Weather and sea conditions allow • The crew has given approval. Guests must follow crew guidance at all times. Water activities may be suspended at any point if conditions change. 🎉 Behaviour & Courtesy We ask all guests to be respectful to: Other guests on board The crew Nearby vessels and marine users. Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in activities being stopped or the charter being shortened. 🛟 Personal Responsibility While the crew takes every precaution: Guests participate in activities at their own risk. Extra care should be taken when moving around the yacht. A passenger waiver will be required before departure.Before we commence our journey, you will be required to attend a mandatory safety briefing. The safety briefing is as a video presentation - please do pay attention to all aspects of this video while observing our crew demonstrating how to wear a life jacket.

Any unlawful behavior, including the use or possession of illegal drugs will result in the immediate termination of the charter. Please do note that vaping is prohibited in Singapore.
No flying of drones is permitted unless prior permission from the operators is previously granted.
The use of tenders and/or waverunners is subject to rider having a suitable training and certification (in Singapore - PPCD).
Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht's cabins and common areas due to fire hazards.
Unauthorized guests - the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the charter contract. Bringing additional, unregistered guests is a breach of insurance and safety policies.
For a yacht cruise, wear lightweight, breathable fabrics (linen, cotton) like sundresses, shorts, and polos for day, adding layers (cardigan, light jacket) for cool evenings, plus essentials like swimwear, hats, sunglasses, and boat shoes/sandals for comfort and sun protection, keeping it smart-casual with nautical touches and avoiding heels or overly sporty gear unless for water activities.
We are recommending to avoid going barefoot on any outside decks 0r wearing flip flops - decks can get very slippery especially when wet.
For all overseas charters, we require that each guest has a travel/health insurance valid for the whole duration of the charter. Such cover must include overseas assistance and medical evacuation.

For all charters/trips, all of our guests will be required to sign a passenger waiver prior to yacht's departure from marina. In the case of children - the acompanying parent is required to sign the waiver.

If you require catering services - please do let us know; normal booking includes only basic assistance from the crew with regular activities - safety briefing, supervision, preparing the BBQ, cleaning and removal of refuse, assiting with the water toys etc.
Local charters are typically offered in 4, 6 or 8-hour blocks. Longer durations allow more time at anchor, additional cruising, or a more relaxed flow to the day. Please note that last-minute' extension of your charter might not be possible due to previous commitments of the yacht - if unsure about the final duration of your charter, please indicate at the time of booking.
Yes. Routes, timing, onboard arrangements, and activities can be tailored to your preferences, weather conditions, and operational considerations.
We welcome our junior VIPs. While the yacht has a good reserve of children life jackets of all sizes, please inform us in advance of number of children to join our trip so we can prepare accordingly. Remember that, while the crew will do their best to accommodate the chidren's needs, their safety is a parental duty - while on board, never leave your children unsupervised. We strongly suggest having them wearing a life jackets at all times when they are on the open decks. If they decide to have a nap while on board - we can spare a suitable cabin. At the same time - we have a nice collection of children's books and animated cartoons to be played on TVs.
Yes, you can bring along your pet on your journey. You will need to supervise them, of course. Unfortunately, the yacht does not carry any flotation devices for your pets; feel free to bring oyur own if required.
Food and beverages are not included unless pre-booked- here except limited quantities of soft drinks, water (cold and hot), tea, and coffee. You may choose the catering options or bring your own.
All charters are subject to prevailing weather and sea conditions. The safety of guests, crew, and vessel is the overriding priority at all times.
Weather conditions include, but are not limited to:
The yacht's Captain has the sole and final authority to determine if weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds) are unsafe for a charter to proceed or continue. All guests are required to arrive at the marina as scheduled to wait for the Captain's final on-site assessment. As a guideline:
No corkage fee is being charged for bringing your drinks on board- the policy applies only to trips less than 6 hours. No corkage policy does not apply to corporate events unless previously agreed in the charter contract.
The Captain reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the charter and return to marina at any time should weather, safety, mechanical condition, passenger conduct, regulatory instruction, or any other factor pose a risk to persons, vessel, or property.

All guests agree to respect and comply with the Captain’s decisions, which are final and non-negotiable. These instructions are issued for safety, regulatory compliance, and the smooth operation of the yacht. Failure to comply may result in:
Alcohol may be consumed onboard responsibly. The Captain reserves the right to: refuse service of alcohol; limit or stop alcohol consumption; restrict participation in water activities. This applies if any guest is deemed intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
Any guest engaging in unsafe behaviour may be restricted from activities or asked to remain seated indoors.
Swimming and water activities are permitted only when:
The Captain may suspend water activities at any time due to weather, sea conditions, or guest safety concerns.
Smoking on board is only permitted in the designated areas:
Ensure you are properly extinguishing your cigarretes and do not throw any butts overboard.
Any refuse/garbageshould be placed in the designated refuse collection bins. Do not throw anything into the sea - that also includes food (of any kind).
Toilets - the yacht is fitted with vaccum operated toilets. Please do not throw any objects in the toilet as may clog the whole system.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, The charter fee includes the fully crewed yacht, accommodation, full board meals, standard beverages, fuel for the agreed itinerary, tender service, non-motorised water sports equipment, and standard port and clearance fees, cruising permits, local harbor dues.
Items of a personal nature, alcoholic beverages, specialised activities, diving, advanced water sports, satellite communications, crew gratuities, and expenses outside the agreed itinerary are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
Generally, a standard overseas charter will include:
Yacht toys - unless otherwise previously agreed in the Charter contract, only kayaks, floating mat(s), stand up paddle boards, snorkelling equipment and limited fishing gear are included in the package.
Unless otherwise previously agreed in the Charter Contract, the following are NOT included (charged separately) in the overseas charters:
1. Drinks - not included: alcoholic beverages / beer, wine, spirits;8. Visas & Immigration for guests: entry visas; passport costs; vaccinations or medical requirements; any tourist taxes; any kind of fines incurred by guests.
Ideally, multi-day cruising itineraries need to be agreed upon before the commencement of the voyage. Variations from the agreed route/number of days in the port, addition of new destinations will incur additional costs that cannot always be planned for. We will try our best to meet your changes whenever such are possible, in due regard of the yacht's limitations (such as available fuel, food and drinking water), future commitments, etc.

A very important aspect here - please ensure that you carefully study the local requirements oin respect of pets at the ports/countries of destination - pet's passport, vaccination, any local prohibition in bringing pets ashore. We will try our best to assist using our sources of information - but the resposnbility will remain with the owner of the pet.No corkage will be imposed on your drinks brought onboard. For all the liquer brought onboard, you are responsible to declare it at every port of call in order to avoid any fines that may be imposed by the local Customs authorities. Observe closely regulations in Muslim countries which may prohibit you from carrying alcohol ashore.
Guests are responsible for all passports, visas, travel documents, personal belongings, insurance, and legal compliance in the countries visited. The yacht, owner, and crew accept no liability for loss of valuables, documentation issues, fines, delays, or itinerary changes resulting from guest non-compliance.
1. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents1.1 The Charterer and all guests are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, re-entry permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for entry, exit, or transit through the countries visited during the charter.
1.2 Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the final date of travel unless otherwise required by local authorities. 1.3 The Owner and Operator accept no liability for refusal of entry, delayed clearance, fines, deportation, or itinerary changes arising from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect documentation. 1.4 Any delays, diversions, or costs resulting from documentation issues shall be borne entirely by the Charterer. 2. Immigration, Customs & Border Control 2.1 Guests must comply with all immigration, customs, and border regulations of the countries visited. 2.2 The possession, importation, or exportation of prohibited or restricted items is strictly forbidden. 2.3 Any fines, penalties, vessel detention, or operational disruption caused by guest non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the Charterer. 3. Personal Belongings & Valuables 3.1 Guests bring personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewellery, electronics, and documents entirely at their own risk. 3.2 The yacht has secure safe-deposit facility. Limited storage may be available but is not guaranteed. 3.3 The Owner, Operator, and Crew shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of personal items, whether on board, ashore, in tenders, or during excursions. 4. Itinerary Changes Due to Documentation Issues 4.1 The Captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary or return to port if guest documentation or compliance issues create operational or legal risk. 4.2 Such changes shall not constitute breach of contract and do not entitle the Charterer to refunds or compensation.A charter is confirmed upon acceptance of the charter agreement and payment of the required deposit. Final details are confirmed prior to departure.
Deposits and balance payments are due as stated in your charter agreement. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, fees, and exchange rates.
Maximum guest numbers are limited by maritime regulations and the yacht’s certification. Final guest lists must be provided in advance and approved prior to departure.

The yacht is insured in accordance with applicable maritime requirements. Guests participate in activities at their own risk and may be required to sign a passenger waiver.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees during the charter. Loss or damage may be charged accordingly.
Decorations are permitted only if non-permanent, approved in advance, and do not damage surfaces. Fireworks, confetti, and hazardous materials are prohibited.
Music and sound levels must comply with local regulations and marina/anchorage guidelines. The Captain may limit volume or timing as required.
The operator is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, mechanical issues, or regulatory actions.
